He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Rozell and Ruth Rozell (Chase); his wife Isabell "Billie" Rozell; and his siblings, Merl, Bobbie Lee, Marie and Shirley.
He is survived by: his brother Wayne of Colorado; his children, Ken Gragg of Arkansas City, Harriet Laymon (Bill) of Edmond and James Rozell of Arkansas City; his grandchildren, Tonya Laymon, Eric Laymon of Edmond, OK, Allison Rozell of Tacoma, Lauren and Bethany Rozell of Arkansas City; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Savannah and Reagan Laymon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Wesley's name with the Disabled American Veterans.
