He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary "Jack" Burr and Helen Burr (Baber); and his sisters, Cheryl Haynes and Barbara Burr. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Boyer; his children, Mike Burr (Tara), Sheila LaBlue (Norvel), Lori Burr, Sonny Michelle Jelley (Jamey) and Nikki Smith (Jerrod); and his siblings, Mark Burr, Lesa Stone, Ronda Bates and Pat Garrigues. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made payable to Ramona Burr to defray expenses, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
