It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Hays of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hays and Ester Hays (Batman). He is survived by: his wife Elena Vargas; and his siblings, Joy Bennett of Arizona and Mike Hays of Wichita.
