He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard J. Neptune and Jesse I. Neptune (Nantz); his brother Howard "Bub" Neptune; and his granddaughter Jennifer Mischke. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Neptune; his children, Tommy J. Neptune (Janet) of Piedmont, OK, Belinthia Miller of Junction City, KS and Catherine Brosmer of South Carolina; his sister Betty Lou Stuart of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Janelle Neptune, Jacob Neptune, Jaclynn Harris and Jessica Thyle; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Cora and Izora.
A memorial has been established for the Random Road Chapel or the Shriner's Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
