He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Schermerhorn. He is survived by: his wife Cara; his mother Shirley Hansen; and his children, Robby Cramer, Cody Birmingham of Cladwell, KS, Raven Birmingham of Arkansas City, KS, Andrea Cramer and Melissa Dell. He is also survived by brother, nine grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Terry Birmingham Memorial Fund.
