She was predeceased by: her parents, David Abner and Jeannie Helm (Louden); and her sisters, Sandra Thrash and Karen Hurst. She is survived by: her former spouses, Leslie Anthony Lambert and Mike Gillock; her children, Chad Lambert of Arkansas City, Kristina Marr (Rocky) of Arkansas City, Casey Gillock of Wichita and Kayla Gillock of Blackwell, OK; her siblings, Toni Lopez of Nashville, TN, William Helm (Jewel) of Wichita and John Lopez (Roselda) of Raytown, MO; and her grandchildren, Dominique Marr, Toby Case, Colby Case, Collin Marr, Kiersta Marr, Jacob Gillock, Ayden Reed, Jesse Reed, Kye Russell and Piper Russell.
A memorial has been established in Tammy's name for the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
