He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Cephus and Regina Elizabeth Bilyeu (Dalsing); and his siblings, Rick, David, Kevin, Mildred and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Lavonna LeClair; and his children, Stephen Bilyeu (Karen) of Arkansas City, Johnathan Bilyeu (Ruthie) of Arkansas City, Dawn Alexandersen (Eric) of Ponca City, Joseph Bilyeu (Odessa) of Arkansas City, Lynn Robertson of Arkansas City, Nick Norris (Lisa) of Illinois and Quenton Nelson (Maria) of Iowa. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the National Rifle Association (NRA). Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
