He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Strobel and Donna Strobel (Buckman); his parents-in-law, Floyd Gearhardt and Bertie Gearhardt; his brother-in-law Dwayne Neal; his cousin Keiran "Kim" Strobel; and his pets, Petie and Emma Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Reginna Strobel; his daughters, Carrie Clouston (Patrick) and Alicia Strobel (Jeff Hanson); his grandchildren, Lena Marie Clouston and Carlee Jean Miller (Jorge Raul Miranda); his aunt Beulah Hill; his cousins, Carol Gard, Connie Harrold, John Hill, Denise Reinas and Phillip Strobel; his siblings-in-law, Becky Neal, Janet Gearhardt and John Gearhardt; and his nephews, Jevon Gearhardt (Melissa), Jason Gearhardt (Wendy) and Dusty Neal (Melissa). He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society and the United States Wardog Association, Chapter 1.
