He was predeceased by: his parents, William Williams and Georgia Lee Williams (VanZant); his nephew Nicholas Potter; and his great-nephew Noah Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Eileen Potter; his daughter Michelle "Shelly"; his sister Boland of Pratt; his sister-in-law Trudy (Dave Kennedy) of Arkansas City; and his grandchildren, Alivia and Hayley Huffman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Kansas Veteran's Home of Winfield.
