He was predeceased by: his father Charles G.; and his brothers, Mike and David Manley. He is survived by: his wife Renata Manley; his sons, Malachi and Andrew Manley of Arkansas City; his sisters, Ruth Ryel (Randy) of Arkansas City and Susan Heimbach (David) of Branson, MO; and his mother Mary Manley (Babb) of Arkansas City. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, and 17 great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Family Life Services. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
