She is survived by: her husband Richard Fishel; her children, Bonnie Perkins of Phoenix, AZ, George Arnett of Arkansas City, KS and Dawn Marie Booher-Terry of Bulverde, TX; her stepchildren, Bill Fishel of Clermont, FL, Kathy Plumley of Red Oak, IA, Richard Fishel of Coeur d' Alene, ID and Susie Hollenbeck of Lakewood, WA; her siblings, Dennis Bilger of Independence, MO, John Bilger of Alexandrea, PA, Nellie Hopple of Lewistown, PA, Lee Bilger Sr. of Mt. Union, PA, Joyce McClain of Celina, TN and Carl Bilger Sr. of Shade Gap, PA; her grandchildren, Brian Hull, Terry Carrico, Sarah Ward, Taylor Chipman, Trey Tucker, Tiffini Robideaux, Teagan Tucker, Emma Larson and Ethaneal Terry; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Hull, Liam Hull, Cora Chipman, Ezra Robideaux, Abby Carrico and Natallie Carrico. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Cowley County Humane Society or the Epilepsy Foundation of America. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
