With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Lee Eastman of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on November 7, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Fred Fraley and Leona Fraley (McKaughan); her husband Larry E. Eastman; and her siblings, Kenneth, Patricia, Jerry, Fred, David and Rick.
She is survived by: her close friend Sterling Hatfield of Arkansas City, KS; her children, William "Bill" McKennon (Deborah) of Newkirk, Lisa Swanson (Robert) of Arkansas City and Lori Jones (Bill) of Oxford; her granddaughter Crystal Meadows (Michael) of Newkirk; and her children, Mindy Eicher (Bob) of Shawnee, OK, J. J. Johnson Jr. (Tomi) of Newkirk, Tina Sindorf (Nave) of Wichita, Justin Swanson (Jessica) of Arkansas City, KS, Kimberly Riddick-Swanson of Arkansas City, KS, Elissa Moore (Jacob) of Arkansas City, KS and Brendon Jones of Arkansas City, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
