He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Garcia and Filomena Garcia (Hernandez) of Arkansas City; his former wife Donna Hale; his daughters, Anna Van Dyke (Aaron) of Arkansas City and Ashley Czaplinski (Clark) of Arkansas City; his siblings, Alfred Garcia, Jr. (Mary) of Arizona, Alexander Garcia (Vivian) of Arkansas City, Teresa Krusor (Mark) of Winfield and Alberta Esquivel of Texas; his brother-in-law John Tapia of Winfield; his grandchildren, Alexis Van Dyke, Trevor Van Dyke, Cruz Czaplinski and Ryder Czaplinski; his siblings, Arthur Garcia and Shirley Tapia; and his sister-in-law Kathy Garcia.
