She was predeceased by: her parents, Melecio Roque and Vera Marie Roque Morris; and her daughter Tammy Hollins. She is survived by: her daughter Frances Harper (Kenny); her grandchildren, Jonathan Vaughan (Dani), Sheri Fortenberry (Justin) and Heaven Vaughan; her great grandchildren, Emma, Abby, Holden and Emilia Fortenberry; and her siblings, Mickey Roque and Roxanna Burns.

A memorial has been established in Rose's name with the Salvation Army.
