He is survived by: his wife Shelby Chase of Arkansas City; his children, Ashley Bruce (Scott) of Nixa, MO, Trent Pappan (Sara) of St. Louis, MO, Casey Pappan (Stacia) of Arkansas City, Kris Chase (Ali) of Winfield, Justin Pappan (Bronwyn) of Lake Forrest, CA, Nick Chase (Ashley) of Mulvane and Brooke Peoples (Kyle) of Derby; and his siblings, Arthur Chase (Kim) of Cordell, OK and Lana Tovar of Winfield. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
