With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert James Allen of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Allen and Madelyn Allen (Pratt); his wife Sandra Dowty; his daughter Teresa Blendon; and his brother Dwayne Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Staton, Randy Foster, Larry Foster and Kieth Foster (Denise); his grandchildren, Rachael (Kliff), Kelsey, Sara, Matthew, Jaimee and Colby; his great grandchildren, Amay, Kooper, Layton and Bodie; and his sisters, Sandy Musson and Connie Beck.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
