It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Wilson (Arkansas City, Kansas), who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Richard and Della Laone Wilson (Kramer); his grandparents, Earl and Bertha Wilson (Hudson); his aunt Doris Stacy (Wilson); and his uncle Glen Wilson.
He is survived by: his brother Ron Wilson; his sister-in-law Carolyn Wilson; his aunt Joan Wilson of Arkansas City; his nephew John Wilson of Winfield; and his nieces, Laurel Edwards (Chad) of Wichita, Darlene Reichle (Mitch) of Arkansas City and Amy Wilson of Lawrence. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great, and great-great- nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warriors Project. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
