He is survived by: his former wife Norma Lee Mendell; his wife Norma Hawkins; his sons, Rick Hawkins (Kristine) of Arkansas City and Jeff Hawkins (Zena) of Arkansas City; his son-in-law Jim Pepper of Pampa, TX; his sister-in-law Marie Hawkins; his grandchildren, Melody Peach, Jacob Hawkins, Stacy Pepper and Aaron Pepper; and his great grandchildren, Grace Donnelly and David Peach.
