It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Lynn Horsman of Arkansas City, Kansas, born in Fredonia, Kansas, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Leroy Lakin and Trudy Jessogne (Seimears); her brother Royce Lakin; and her nephew Justin Barkus. She is survived by: her husband Terry Horsman; her grandchildren, Brody, Marshal, Neecie, Colton and Landry; her sister Rene Beamon (Randy); and her nephew Bryce Barkus.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Village Bible Church of Salina for youth scholarships, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
