She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Miley and Genevieve Miley (Glick); her husband Phillip Bowman; and her brother David Miley. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Fraley (Tamalyn) of Wichita and Shawn Fraley (Heather) of Arkansas City; her grandchildren, Regan Fraley of Arkansas City and Douglas Strack of Arkansas City; her siblings, Linda Garver (Jack) of Wichita, Carolyn Anderson (Steve) of Wichita, Bob Miley (Kathy) of Minnesota and Tommy Miley of Wellington; and her sister-in-law Deanna Miley of Arkansas City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may greet the family from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. Wednesday evening at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory with Social distancing guidelines in affect.
A memorial has been established for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
