We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2020, at the age of 85, Ramona Amy Torrez (Arkansas City, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Amezcua and Ramona Amezcua (Guiterrez); her husband George Torrez Sr.; and her children, George Jr., Robert and Virginia.

She is survived by: her son Melvin Torrez of Arkansas City; her sisters, Maggie Trillo of Arkansas City and Josephine Carrillo of Wichita; and her grandchildren, George Torrez III (Kami) of Arkansas City and Janean Torrez (Jeromy Whitmire) of Wellington. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
