She was predeceased by: her parents, James Biggs and Fuller Mae Biggs (Pruitt); her sister Margie Tinsley; and her nephew Jason Tinsley. She is survived by: her brother James S. Biggs of Greer; her brother-in-law Jim Tinsley of Arkansas City; her nieces, Sherry King (Mark) of Ponca City and Letha Tinsley of Arkansas City; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Breanne Tinsley of Arkansas City, Hanna Tinsley of Arkansas City, Kahia Tinsley of Arkansas City, Hunter King of Ponca City, Monica Jeffers of South Carolina and Marshall Biggs of South Carolina.
Contributions in memory of Pat may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
