It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orville Wesley Conner of Arkansas City, Kansas, born in Arenas Valley, New Mexico, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Irene Massengale; and his sister Naomi Carol Conner Pappan. He is survived by: his sisters, Viola Conner Richardson of Ponca City, OK and Ozella Conner Vince of Geuda Springs, KS; and his aunt Margaret Conner Reppond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
