He was predeceased by: his siblings, Opal Short and Joseph Anzelmo (Phyllis Nadine Anzelmo). He is survived by: his wife Alyce Wenner Williams; and his children, Nicki Lynn Anzelmo-Skelton (Fred), David Kim Anzelmo (Pam) and Valerie Faye Anzelmo-Kennedy (Mike). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, 2 stepchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 30 step greatgrandchildren and 2 step great greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Red Cross, First United Methodist Church, or Gentiva Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
