He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joan Kunkle and George Hain; and his uncles, Donald Cassaw and Jerry Kunkle. He is survived by: his parents, Benny E. Cassaw (Jan) of Parkville, MO and Nancy M. Cassaw (Kunkle) of Arkansas City; his son Ethan Cassaw; his grandchildren, Bella, Gage and Gavin of Arkansas City; his siblings, Scott Cassaw (Ann Ryan) of Lawrence, KS and Jamie Cassaw of Arkansas City; and his grandmother Rosalie Hain of Arkansas City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
