He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stacy Willoughby (Mark Claytor) of Silverdale and Jake Willoughby of Big Springs; his son-in-law Terry (Dana Willoughby) of Silverdale; his sister Wilma Andrew of Silverdale; his great grandchildren, Max Willoughby, David Jeter, Emily Collins and Hannah Willoughby; and his stepgrandchildren, Kylie Vest of Wichita, Karlie Balzer of Arkansas City, Marley Vest, Noah Vest, Hudson Vest and Asher Koehn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
