She was predeceased by: her sister Betty Atchley. She is survived by: her daughter Mildred Smither (Means); her former husband Donald Wayne Parker; her daughters, Sheryl Gulick (Christopher), Kathy Stout (Tom) and Debbie Walker (David); and her granddaughters, Sara Lamb, Jillian Person, Jennifer Phillips of Michael Stout, T. J, Kaitlyn Kearns and Abigail Kearns. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Foster Grandparents Program of Cowley & Butler County, donations may be left in the care of the funeral home.
