It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ruth Neal (Arkansas City, Kansas), who passed away on May 17, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Helms and Elsie Helms (Malone); her husband Leonard; her son Randy Kim Neal; and her siblings, Vern Helms, Clifford Helms, Loretta Jones and Mildred Ramsey.
She is survived by: her son Kirby Neal (Linda) of Arkansas City, KS; her granddaughters, Shelly and Tracie; and her sister Norma Minerd of Derby, KS.. She is also survived by numerous great-grand children.
