He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Phillips and Margaret Phillips (Logan); his wife Naomi Richards of Arkansas City; and his children, Katie Phillips of Manhattan, Joshua Phillips, Drew Bennett of Wichita and Justin Phillips (Misty) of Wichita.
