He is survived by: his wife Kayla Chuculate; his children, Justin Foust of Las Vegas, Elizabeth Foust of Arkansas City, Briley (Brett Magner) of Burden and Dylan Foust of Silverdale; his siblings, Jason (Danielle Foust) of Winfield, Amy Lindsay of Derby and Christopher Foust of Arkansas City; his mother-in-law Judy Lacey of Arkansas City; his grandchildren, Brax Prosser and Brynley Magner; his uncle Michael; his aunts, Rhonda Trenary and Peggy Foust; his siblings-in-law, Kim Klotz, Brian (Shannon Klotz) and Tonnie (Lance Catron); and his pets, R. T., Ellie and Sadie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
