He is survived by: his brothers, Lee Chamberlain (Nance) of Arkansas City and Joel Chamberlain (Mary Certain) of Fair Grove, MO; his nieces and nephews, Dana, Aurora Chamberlain of St. Louis, MO, Eric Mavis and William Mavis; and his close friend Charlotte Sutton of Newkirk, OK..

A memorial has been established in Lynn's name with Blues Society of the Ozarks/BITS (Blues In the Schools), P.O. Box 8133, Springfield, MO 65801.
