She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Lee and Doris Mae Turner (Scott); and her brother Ronnie. She is survived by: her husband Robert Simons; her children, Renee Wade (Rick) of Arkansas City, KS, Larry Trout (Dari) of Winfield, KS, Shelly Begeman of Arkansas City, KS, Laura Thurman of Evanston, WY and April Walker (Clint) of Arkansas City, KS; her sisters, Becky Wick of Pittsburg, KS, Stephanie Gray (Tom) of Enid, OK and Rhonda Kennard (Roger) of Wichita, KS; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Trevor, Kyle, Raechal, Phillip, Jessica, Dalton and Brice. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Kindred Hospice.
