She is survived by: her spouse Dale Hess; her children, Alfonso Ochoa (Kevin Fuchs) of Chicago, Julie Shippy (Jerry) of Kansas City, MO, Jennifer Hess (Steven Crane) of Arkansas City, KS and Jason Hess of Arkansas City, KS; her siblings, Alma Muniz (Mac) of Chicago, Yolanda Avila of Chicago, Lupe Marques (Louie) of Chicago, Hector Avila (Teresa) of Chicago and Patricia Montenegro-Avila (Carlos Ruiz) of Chicago; and her grandchildren, Jordyn, Jaxston and Preston Hess. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
