He is survived by: his wife Willa Lee Parker; his children, Tammy Westhoff (Tom) of Norwalk, IA, Tonya Barta (Brooks) of Holton, KS, Tim Rudolph (Michelle) of Wichita, KS and Teresa Dunagan (Scott) of Olathe, KS; his great grandchild Brooklynn Marie Rudolph; his mother-in-law Lennis Parker of Arkansas City, KS; his siblings, Colleen Ryan of Smith Center, KS and Kelly Rudolph of Salina, KS; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Parker of Anchorage, AK, Shirley Rudolph of Mankato, KS and Pam Rudolph of Troy, IL..
Those attending visitation are required to follow all Covid-19 mandates including the wearing of a mask and social distancing.
Memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God Church Building Fund in Arkansas City, KS, through the funeral home.
