He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Burr and Esther Burr (Sumpter); his siblings, Charles Burr and Shirley Dillon; his grandson Jordan Hobson; and his son-in-law Russell Leffew.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Burr; his children, Cal Burr (Kathy) of Burlington, KS, Joleigh Leffew of Winfield and Kevin Burr of Arkansas City; his stepdaughter Brandi Loney of Arkansas City; and his brothers, Gene Burr of Arkansas City and Bob Burr of Arkansas City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Those attending are required to follow all Covid-19 mandates including the wearing of a mask and social distancing.
A memorial has been established for Joe's Hospital Bills. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
