She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Hagan and Lorna Kay Bowker; her stepmother Judith Hagan; and her nephew Dylon Carter. She is survived by: her former husband James Johnson; her siblings, Joanna Hagan (Jimmy Hammon) of Arkansas City, Sheryl Taylor-Smith (Rustin) of Arkansas City, Billie Jo Taylor-Morris (Joe) of Tulsa, Annett Hunter of Arkansas, Daniel Shrope (Laurie) of Arkansas City and Tommy Hagan Jr. (Jessica Haynes) of Arkansas City; and her nieces and nephews, Laci of Dallas, T. C., Ashley, Mika, Deidra, Sequoyah, Dalton, Keonte, Adrianna, Vicente Jr., Dakota, Montana, Isiah, Kaylee, Samantha, Hannah, Lynnzie, Seth, Chris, Michael, Megan and Jordy.
A memorial has been established for Interim Health Care. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
