It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justine C. Tomsche of Arkansas City, Kansas, born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on August 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, JC Bills and Georgia Bills (Loyd). She is survived by: her husband Ed Tomsche of Arkansas City; and her brother Glenn Bills (Phyllis) of Denver, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 1254 Auxiliary and Good Shepherd Hospice. Donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
