She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry L. Abels and Rosabelle E. Abels (Kimbrough); her former spouse Glenn F. Gibbs; her sons, Glenn "Ben" Gibbs (Sandra) of Pflugerville, TX and Kenton "Ken" Gibbs (Jill) of Arkansas City; her grandchildren, Brandi Herman (Traver) of Arkansas City, Brooke Martinez (Hugo) of Kansas City, MO, Micah Gibbs (Rachael) of Baton Rouge, LA, Brittany Mayo (Matt) of Arkansas City and Langston Gibbs of Pflugerville, TX; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Brogan, Corbin, Adrian and Dawson. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
