He was predeceased by: his sister Mary McCoy. He is survived by: his former spouse Royce Brown; his wife Norma Beecham of Topeka; his sister Ramona Turgeon of North Carolina; his daughters, Kathy Templin (Kevin) of Arkansas City and Janis McGlasson (Steven) of Topeka; his stepdaughter Carla McGlasson of Topeka; and his granddaughters, Tori Virden of Winfield and Rachel McGlasson of Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts honoring Joe be made to Central Christian Church 206 West Central Avenue, Arkansas City, KS. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
