He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cowel; his children, Tonya (Mark Kendrick) of Arkansas City, Jeremy (Amanda Stickel) of Arkansas City and Amanda (Mike Evinger, Jr.) of Arkansas City; his sister Rhonda Vardy of Derby; his grandchildren, Casslynn, Sydney, Jared, Jillian, Lillian, Landan and Karston; and his great grandchildren, William and Athena.
