He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil J. Blevins and Erma J. Blevins (Trenary). He is survived by: his former wives, Paula Renollet and Pamela Coli Dillon; his daughters, Tina Dillon of Wichita, Christi Sparks (Anthony Klumpp) of Valley Center and Danella Hardy (Dennis) of Haysville; his siblings, LeNora Beard (George) of Arkansas City, Randy Blevins of Arkansas City, James McGehee of Arkansas City and Jackie Voegele (Bob) of Arkansas City; and his grandchildren, Alex Sparks, Devan Hardy, Haley Sparks, Kyrah Klumpp, Mykah Klumpp, Drew Hardy and Araya Wheat. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
