He was predeceased by: his father Gaylen R. Myers; his sister Nichole Myers; his stepfather John Blatchford; his mother-in-law JoAnn Walker; and his grandparents, Cecil, Margery Wooderson, Richard and Dorothy Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Tricia Paine; his sons, Garrett Myers and Lucas "Luke" Myers (Jaycee Burley); his mother Diana Kay Blatchford (Wooderson) of Arkansas City; his brother Nick Myers of Dexter, KS; his half-sisters, Donna Walton of Wichita and Collina Myers of South Haven; his father-in-law James Paine of Arkansas City; his stepfather-in-law Joe Walker of Arkansas City; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made in Jeff's name to the Jeff Myers Memorial Fund. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
