He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Pack and Helen F. Pack (Schaus). He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Pack and Christina Pack; his grandchildren, Camille Freeman and Barrett Moore; and his siblings, Jeralyn Richardson of Arkansas City and Ronnie Pack of Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
