He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Moscript and Dorotha Moscript (Yoder); his wife Barbara Stilwell; and his sister Daisy Ann Castor. He is survived by: his brother William Moscript (Coda) of Halstead, KS; his daughters, Sarah Dye (Rusty) of Ponca City, OK and Stacy Caliguiro (Hank) of Alamogordo, NM; and his granddaughter Kellie Caliguiro (Osage).
