He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Dargel and Lloyd Dargel; his brother John Dargel; and his grandchild Felisha Wendt. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sue Shelton; his children, Jeanne (Floyd Reeves), Shannon (Mike Wendt), James (Kimberly Dargel) and Roy Dargel; his siblings, Ron Dargel and Clella Estep; and his grandchildren, Mitch, Karla Reeves, Dana, Victor Madrigal, Taylor Reeves, Priscilla, Jason Hills, Christina Wendt and Kaitlea Dargel. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Geuda Springs Activity Building, contributions can be made through the funeral home.
