He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norton and Bessie Norton (Cook); his spouse Lavena Francis Ratcliff; and his son Ronald Norton. He is survived by: his children, Linda Leclair (Ranney) and Daniel Norton (Grace); and his grandchildren, Danny, Oscar, Ranney Jr., Amanda, CJ, Cynthia and Bianca. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Isaac's name may be made to the American Legion Post 18, contributions may be left in care of the funeral home.
