It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Icy Alberta Babb of Arkansas City, Kansas, born in Fairview, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Dow and Florene Dow; her siblings, Roy Dow, Thomas Dow, Charles Dow, Clara Bullard, Charlotte Dow and Margaret Dow; her children, Ricky Potter, Sheryl Potter, Kimmy Jo Potter, Gary Reece and Davey Reece; and her grandchildren, Ricci Jo Bonner and Billy Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Godfrey (Buddy) of Haslett, TX; her siblings, Bonnie Leger (Larry) of Sunset, LA, Kenny Dow of Ark City and Fay Dow (Delilah); her sister-in-law Ada Dow of Newkirk, OK.; her grandchildren, Summer Potter, Zack Potter (Jennifer), Ashley Simmons, Lindsey Alley, Brittany Reece and Keshia Scott; her great grandchildren, Triston, Trena, Olivia, Brody, Jesse, Eli Easton, Korrynn, Khristian, Kohen, Kross, Kalaiah, Bracee, Breanna, Baylee, Bella, Neveah, Oakley, Axl and Emberly; and her great great grandchildren, Zayden and Layah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
