It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Talley of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elvira Cassimore; his son Bryan Douglas Talley; and his siblings, Robert, Dewey, James Talley and Rose McDavitt.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie Talley of Arkansas City and Tracey Lee Talley of South Carolina; and his sister Pat Papp of New Jersey.
