Hazel Marie Husted Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Marie Husted of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert H. Patton and Ruby L. Patton (Gray); her husband Kenneth Albert Husted; her grandson Kyle Staab; her sister Ruby Barb; her siblings-in-law, Jeanette Lawrence, Sandy Christenson, John Lawrence and Roger Christenson; and her parents-in-law, Martha Eldora Husted and Albert Robert Husted.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Husted (Angie) of Manhattan, KS, Kathryn "Kate" Staab (David) of Arkansas City and Kristi McIntire (Andy) of North Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Colin Husted, Beth Myers (Brett), Derek Staab (Beth), Megan Mumford (Kansas) and Cory Bailey; and her stepgrandchildren, Alicia VanDonge (Dustin), Dana Olson (Kody), Bailey Quintanar (Mason), Jared McIntire, Jordan McIntire and Jace McIntire. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Good Shepherd Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
