She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Stout and Willia Mae Stout (Cooper); her stepfather Augustine "Brownie" Smith; and her son Michael Hammonds. She is survived by: her husband Gene Lynch of El Dorado; her children, Carol Moore of El Dorado and Sandra Newton (John) of El Dorado; her grandchildren, Cassandra Morgan, Danielle Heilman (Anthony), Tyson Moore (Tammy), Jennifer Meyer, Amanda Anderson (Dustin) and Tom Penneycuff; and her siblings, Melvin Stout (Patricia) and Donald Smith (Sharon).
Memorial contributions in Hazel's name may be directed to First United Methodist Church, Interim Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
